Big E Pins Sami Zayn In A Tag Team Match At WWE TLC Kickoff

WWE TLC opened with a star-studded tag team match on the Kickoff show. Big E teamed up with Daniel Bryan, Otis and Chad Gable to face WWE Intercontinental Champion Sami Zayn, Cesaro, Shinsuke Nakamura and King Corbin. The match marked Bryan’s return after he had been absent for a few weeks due to a storyline injury.

Big E quickly tagged into the match, and Zayn left it just as fast to avoid facing his rival. Everyone in the match got a chance to shine. Bryan took control of the match, but Cesaro overpowered him. Zayn and his teammates isolated the former WWE Champion. Big E chased Zayn at ringside, the match briefly broke down into chaos. Otis rallied, and Gable tried to coach him to victory. But a miscommunication let Nakamura tag Cesaro. Gable dropped Cesaro with a dead-lift suplex.
Zayn crawled out of a hiding spot and tagged in. He was finally forced to face Big E, and the fan-favorite planted Zayn with a Big Ending for the win
