During a recent appearance on the “Rasslin” podcast, the wrestling persona formerly known as Big Cass in WWE, now referred to as Big Bill, showered praise on the AEW roster, going as far to call it a “super team.”
During his stint on the podcast, Big Bill expressed his views on AEW’s extensive roster. He weighed in, saying, “The roster is incredibly stacked. It opens opportunities for intriguing stories, intense rivalries. I’m looking forward to working with all the names mentioned. I say, let them all come. The more, the merrier.”
He went on to add, “I understand there may be opposing views, but in my opinion, we want to build a champion team, mate. We are aiming for a 2011 Miami Heat kind of squad. We truly want this to be a super team.”
In addition to the podcast clips, recorded footage of Big Bill discussing aspects like ‘The Learning Tree,’ wanting nZo back in Wrestling, and getting forthright feedback from Jon Moxley, is available below.
Before the AEW Collision TV tapings that happened on Thursday night, several matches were captured and saved for a future episode of ROH TV on HonorClub. Some of the recorded match highlights include Alex Reynolds & John Silver triumphing over The Iron Savages, and Queen Aminata defeating Allysin Kay.
