Ahead of WrestleMania 39 (Night Two), WWE RAW Women’s Champion Bianca Belair spoke to The Athletic for a brand-new interview, talking about a range of subjects.
Sharing her battle with body image problems, Belair specified,
” I might do 10 push-ups, and my shoulders would appear like Dwight Howard’s. That’s simply how my body is, and I was extremely embarrassed of my body when I was more youthful. I seem like as soon as I discovered CrossFit and WWE, it provided me this platform to where I can lastly enjoy my body and accept my body. Due to the fact that of my muscles, I can do these stunning things, and I can be womanly. I went method too long not caring my body. And now, it’s putting out of me just how much I like my body.”
The EST of WWE likewise shared her desire to be a voice for Black females’s psychological health advocacy. She stated,
” I felt really alone, so I wished to shed a light on it to state we go through this too. And if I came out of it a WWE super star, there’s expect everybody out there. I wished to be a motivation.”
