Becky Lynch’s WWE Contract Reportedly Expires Next Year

As previously reported, Becky Lynch tweeted this afternoon that she wouldn’t be at tonight’s WWE Raw. The reason for that is due to her dealing with a minor injury. 

Fightful Select reported that there are “no issues to their knowledge between Lynch and WWE.” It was added that it’s a minor foot injury that Lynch is dealing with. 

Regarding Lynch changing her name and dropping any mention of WWE on social media, the report noted that Lynch signed a brand new deal upon returning to the company in 2021. “Time off for maternity leave is not a factor,” indicating time won’t be added to the deal. 

The three-year deal expires in June 2024. They’ve yet to start talks on a new deal.
