Becky Lynch vs. Sasha Banks, Brock Lesnar Appearance Announced For 10/15 WWE SmackDown, Updated Card

WWE is loading up the card for what is being billed as a “Supersized” edition of SmackDown on October 15.
In the likely main event, WWE SmackDown Women’s Champion Becky Lynch will face Sasha Banks in a non-title match. Lynch will defend her title against Banks and Bianca Belair in a Triple Threat Match at the Crown Jewel pay-per-view on October 21.
Plus, Brock Lesnar will return to the show next Friday ahead of his clash with WWE Universal Champion Roman Reigns at Crown Jewel. Tensions between the two stars continue to rise, as Paul Heyman’s allegiance to Reigns has been called into questions since “The Beast Incarnate” returned at WWE SummerSlam.
Additionally, Sonya Deville will return to the ring, and both the King of the Ring and the Queen’s Crown tournaments will continue.

Brandon Thurston of Wrestlenomics notes that, along with the temporary move to FS1, the “supersized” billing isn’t just to hype up the star-studded episode; evidently, several guides list SmackDown as airing from 8:00 to 10:30 p.m. EST, so it will overlap with the first-half of AEW Rampage. This will mark the first time the two shows have overlapped.

- King of the Ring Semi-Final: Sami Zayn vs. Finn Balor
- Queen’s Crown Semi-Final: Zelina Vega vs. Carmella
- Naomi vs. Sonya Deville
