Bayley, the WWE Women’s Champion, joined WWE’s live event tour in Mexico over the weekend. She expressed her experiences and reactions on her Twitter account saying,
“Thank You, Mexico! The shows this past weekend are something I’ll always remember. I may be sore, exhausted, and had my azz beat but I’m still your champion! Plus, I have to say, I’m incredibly proud of our women’s division. It’s heartening to witness everyone pushing each other and thriving all at the same time.”
Furthermore, Rhea Ripley announced on Twitter that she will kick off tonight’s episode of WWE RAW.
In a recent episode of the “Gorilla Position” podcast, GUNTHER spoke highly of Damian Priest’s tenure as WWE World Heavyweight Champion. The two are set to face each other for the title at SummerSlam 2024. GUNTHER said,
“Damian Priest is doing a good job. It’s never easy to step into that role, considering the championship’s history with Seth Rollins who held onto it for a long duration. Drew’s reign was momentary and I don’t give much weight to that now. Priest had quite a challenge to take over, and I believe he took it head-on and has conducted himself well. However, I won’t deny that his reign won’t last much longer.”
