‘Battle For The Crown’ Announced For 6/18 WWE SmackDown, Updated Card

King Corbin has not been happy with Shinsuke Nakamura for a few weeks now, after “The King of Strong Style” stole Corbin’s crown following a match between the two. Now, they’ll settle their issues with a Battle for the Crown.
During this week’s episode of WWE Friday Night SmackDown, Corbin and Nakamura faced off once again, and the former NXT Champion stole the win after a distraction by Rick Boogs. Following the match, Corbin assaulted Boogs and took his crown back before Nakamura snatched it back.
Corbin then confronted Adam Pearce and Sonya Deville and demanded that they get his crown back for him. Instead, the duo decided to grant Corbin a match against Nakamura next week, with the crown being awarded to the winner.
