The legendary voice of the TNA Wrestling video packages has passed away. Barry Scott, who was the narrator for TNA wrestling video packages starting in 2004 and moving through their initial run on pay-per-view and into their Cross The Line era, has passed away.

We are deeply saddened to learn of the passing of Barry Scott. For years Barry was the iconic voice of TNA Wrestling, lending us gravitas and credibility. He will be dearly missed. pic.twitter.com/rPxGsK8gqk

In recent years, they would use Scott’s voice sporadically such as for the 2018 Slammiversary intro and lastly in a video package promoting moose, who is the current “TNA World Champion” in the present-day IMPACT storylines.

WrestleZone sends its condolences to Barry Scott’s family, friends, and fans.
