Backstage WWE SmackDown News – The Bloodline, Nixed Tegan Nox Angle, More

Fightful Select has provided some backstage notes for the March 3rd episode of WWE Friday Night SmackDown.

The report suggests that certain individuals within the company were handed their creative notes on the show early in the evening on Thursday, March 2.

Moreover, WWE reportedly nixed plans for Tegan Nox on SmackDown. The original plan was to show Nox backstage getting her knee iced up, but that segment was eventually ditched.

The canceled segment would have then later resulted in a match with Rhea Ripley. Nox lost to Shayna Baszler via submission on SmackDown.

WWE currently plans to utilize the chair being wrapped around the head in future angles involving The Bloodline en route to WrestleMania 39.
