As we’ve been reporting here on eWn, The Elite (The Young Bucks, Kenny Omega, & Hangman Page) have been in talks with All Elite Wrestling regarding new contracts.

According to a report from Fightful Select, all of the parties involved are continuing to negotiate. While several of the deals have been close, one side noted that this has been the case for awhile now. In recent weeks, not a lot has changed.

Several sources in AEW are confident that The Elite will be sticking around with the company despite CM Punk’s return. As of this writing, there is no word on how the group feels about Punk and whether they’ll be able to work with him or be around him moving forward. The Young Bucks, Kenny Omega, and Hangman Page are all represented by Barry Bloom.

As of now, it isn’t known exactly when each deal is up. This is due to the fact that there have been injuries and option years. Several WWE sources have made it known that they would be interested in all four men if they became available. With that being said, they don’t expect that to happen. Of course, WWE isn’t legally allowed to talk to any of The Elite about contracts.

Additionally, it was said that many people within AEW expect all four men to see “significant” increases in money.

In other news, the AEW Together crew took a tour of the Smithsonian on Wednesday prior to AEW Dynamite. You can check out a video of that below:

“#AEWTogether was out at the @NMAAHC …touring the museum and learning about the rich African American history!! Thank you to the staff…what an experience!! #Salute #AEW #ROH”
