Backstage Update On Brian Pillman Jr – Has He Signed With WWE?

As we reported on Friday here on eWn, former AEW wrestler Brian Pillman Jr. was spotted training at the WWE Performance Center on Thursday.

According to a report from Fightful Select, several people at the WWE PC have confirmed that he was there. Despite this, he remains a free agent at this time. The report states that Pillman Jr. is in a “get to know you” situation for now.

Once the news was announced that Pillman Jr’s contract with All Elite Wrestling wasn’t going to be renewed, WWE was immediately interested and reached out to him to come down to Orlando, FL. While WWE has been keeping talents they are interested in very “close to the vest” these days, Pillman Jr. wasn’t being hidden from anyone and was in plain sight of many at the Performance Center.
