Backstage Talent Returns To IMPACT

IMPACT has had some trouble recently retaining a throughline of talent, both in front of and behind the camera. Whether they’re heading to WWE, MLW or elsewhere, we’ve seen plenty of turnover in the last few years. Thankfully for the persistent wrestling company, at least one former IMPACT talent is returning. Longtime video producer and director David Sahadi announced via Twitter that he is returning to the promotion full-time.

After a long hiatus, I’ve decided to jump back into “the game”. Full time. @IMPACTWRESTLING is arising! And the best is yet to come…

David had worked with IMPACT wrestling from 2006 all the way to his first exit in 2017, which was cited as a cost-cutting measure at the time. Before that, Sahadi was WWE’s creative director from 1992 until 2003. He has spent the last two years working behind the scenes at MLW.
