At the recent TNA Bound for Glory pay-per-view event held on Saturday evening, Rhino and Bob Ryder were celebrated as the latest inductees into the TNA Hall of Fame.
It has been reported by Fightful Select that Monty Brown and AJ Styles were also among the names taken into consideration for induction.
With respect to Styles, attempts were made by the company to secure permission from WWE for his inclusion. This request, however, was declined by WWE. The conjecture serves that this could be due to Styles’ current injury or related to his ongoing storyline. There was some expectation that Styles might be open to the prospect of wrestling for TNA again.
The report concluded with the assertion that there are still opportunities for Brown and Styles to be enshrined in the TNA Hall of Fame in foreseeable future.
