Backstage News On Rob Van Dam’s AEW Debut

WWE Hall of Famer Rob Van Dam debuted for All Elite Wrestling on Wednesday night’s 200th episode of AEW Dynamite.

RVD is scheduled to face Jack Perry for the FTW Title on next week’s show in an FTW Rules Match.

Fightful Select reports that RVD’s AEW debut has reportedly been in the works “for quite some time.”

Apparently, the main roadblock was clearing the licenses with the metal band Pantera to use their track, ‘Walk,’ for RVD’s debut in AEW.

RVD previously used the Pantera song as his entrance music in ECW.
