Moose signed the longest contract in Impact Wrestling history this past June, and a new Fightful Select report has shared additional details about the contract.

The exact length of Moose’s new contract is unknown, but it will keep the 39-year-old star “well into his mid-40s.”

The “longest contract in Impact Wrestling history” line is not a work and the report has confirmed that Moose’s new deal does hit that mark.

Moose’s previous deal was set to expire at the end of June and he would have become a free agent, something he hasn’t been since 2016.

Several rival promotions were interested in Moose, and Impact Wrestling wanted to get him locked into a contract before he could receive offers from other companies.

Moose’s deal with Impact Wrestling was already “relatively lucrative” and the Anthem-owned promotion made re-signing him a priority.
