Backstage News On Kevin Kelly’s Status With NJPW

Kevin Kelly and Nigel McGuinness called the premiere episode of AEW Collision on Saturday night, the first time they were an announce team since their time as the ROH announce team. 

Kelly has been the English commentary for NJPW World for the past few years and will remain in that role. 

Dave Meltzer noted on Wrestling Observer Radio that Kelly will be a regular commentator for the Collision. He will also be keeping his NJPW duties and is headed to Japan from mid-July to mid-August for the G1 Tournament.
