It seems that Eddie Kingston will not be stepping back into the AEW ring for a while.
Kingston found himself out of action after suffering a torn ACL and meniscus during the NJPW Resurgence 2024 event earlier this year.
Eddie Kingston went through a surgical procedure to treat these injuries and he has been consistently involved in his physical therapy sessions ever since.
However, despite his tireless efforts in rehabilitation, Pwinsider states that the professional wrestler’s medical specialists have advised him that it’s unlikely he will receive clearance to make a comeback in the ring until June 2025 at the earliest.
When asked for his feelings on the difficult circumstance, Kingston expressed his frustration and bluntly stated, “Health insurance is a scam.”
