Awesome Kong Appears At NWA EmPowerrr, Announces Retirement

During tonight’s NWA EmPowerrr pay-per-view, the legendary Awesome Kong showed up, shocking the crowd as she helped out some superstars before announcing her retirement from professional wrestling.
Things started with Gail Kim coming down to the ring to discuss the history and importance of women’s wrestling, but was quickly interrupted by Taryn Terrell, Paola Blaze, and Jennacide. Terrell snatched the microphone from Kim and then said the show tonight was really about her, before the trio of women surrounded Kim.
It was then that Kong’s music hit, and she came down the ramp and into the ring where she promptly cleared out the threat for Kim. After getting Kim back into the ring, Kong surprisingly asked for the microphone, and then said that she’s had a very hard year, and one of the only things that was able to motivate her to come out tonight was Gail Kim.
Kong said that Kim was her greatest foe, and she loved her, and that there’s no other way she’d rather end career than being in the ring with her.
