Avalon And Cutler Go Face To Face On Being The Elite
This week’s episode of Being The Elite culminates in a press conference that sees AEW head Tony Khan announce the third match between former Initiative Members Peter Avalon and Brandon Cutler in their shared quest to pick up a single victory in All Elite Wrestling. The pair have claimed AEW’s first double DQ and double count-out, so Khan states that There Must Be A Winner between the two wrestlers in their next AEW Dark encounter. The pair fields questions from “the press” during the conference before going face to face for the presumable field of photographers in this hotel media center.
Avalon and Cutler also show up during the BTE Title tournament, which continues this week. They unsurprisingly kick each other’s balls off the playfield leading to another double DQ. Other matches in the tournament (which is determined by miniature golf around Daily’s Place) saw “Colt Cabana” defeat Matt Sydal and Fuego Del Sol earning an AEW callback with a win against Sammy Guevara.
