Austin Theory And Murphy Defeat Aleister Black & Humberto Carrillo

This week on WWE RAW, Seth Rollins had a message for the WWE Universe. He said Rey Mysterio has made him better than he’s ever been. While he held Mysterio’s mask, Rollins said the fan-favorite sacrificed himself for Rollins’ benefit. The Monday Night Messiah said he couldn’t image the pain Mysterio or his family felt. “I don’t know what the future holds for Rey Mysterio,” said Rollins. But The Monday Night Messiah promised that he’d show Mysterio what good he brought to WWE RAW when Theory and Black made examples out of Aleister Black and Humberto Carrillo.

Later in the show, the two teams faced off in a tag team match. Carrillo and Theory started the match and Rollins’ disciples ganged up on Carrillo. But he persevered, tagged Black, and dove onto Theory and Murphy. Black and Carrillo briefly gained the upper hand, but Theory and Murphy grounded Carrillo.Black tagged in and cleared house. He rocked Murphy with stiff strikes but Theory almost stole the win with a roll-up. Murphy shoved Black to the floor and Theory pinned Carrillo with the A.T.L.

Theory and Murphy attacked Black after the match and threw him into the timekeeper’s area. Rollins directed them to attack Carrillo, too. “He needs to learn,” said Rollins. Rollins told Black not to move, or he’d hurt Carrillo. The Monday Night Messiah told Black and Carrillo Mysterio’s sacrifice would be in vain if they kept fighting. He told them he would sacrifice them if he had to.
