Asher Hale Released By WWE

Asher Hale has been released by WWE.
Asher Hale (aka Anthony Henry) was one of several cuts made by WWE on Friday, August 6. Fightful first reported his release.
Hale signed with WWE in January and reported to the WWE Performance Center. He would make his TV debut on May 4, a loss to Cameron Grimes on NXT. Hale later moved to 205 Live and spend the majority of his tenure on the show, working one other NXT match against Roderick Strong on June 29.
Hale is a former Full Impact Pro Champion and EVOLVE Tag Team Champion, and also won gold for various NWA territories including NWA Southern and NWA Anarchy with JD Drake.
