Arn Anderson made his comeback to WWE during SummerSlam 2024 and motivated Cody Rhodes ahead of his match for the undisputed WWE Universal Championship against Solo Sikoa.
Last appearing on WWE television back in 2010, Anderson used to serve as an off-screen producer. Unfortunately, his tenure with WWE ended in 2019, following which he joined AEW. However, by June this year, he had stepped away from AEW as well.

In other news from the pay-per-view, The Miz and R-Truth revealed that a whopping 57,791 spectators attended WWE SummerSlam. But their announcement was interrupted by Austin Theory and Grayson Waller. This resulted in Jelly Roll assaulting both interrupters with a chair, then performing a chokeslam on Theory and a five knuckle shuffle.
