Are The NXT Women’s Championship & NXT Women’s North American Championship Being Unified?

The upcoming WWE NXT: Roadblock event will witness Giulia and Stephanie Vaquer clashing for the NXT Women’s Championship and NXT Women’s North American Championship. Contrary to some speculations, the championships won’t be unified into one, according to Wrestling Observer Radio’s report.

The victor will own both titles and will be expected to defend each separately, in a break from tradition where they were combined in single title conflicts like the Undisputed WWE Championship or the NXT Championships at 2022’s NXT Worlds Collide.

It’s still uncertain if the reigning champion will be mandated to guard both titles at the NXT Stand & Deliver during the WrestleMania weekend. For viewers, WWE NXT: Roadblock will broadcast live from Madison Square Garden in New York City on The CW Network and will also be available on Netflix for international fans.
