Former WWE executive, Rob Kligman, has taken up a new role with Anthem Sports Group, the umbrella company of TNA Wrestling. The official announcement issued by the group named Rob Kligman as their new Chief Revenue Officer (CRO).
The veteran sports sales executive, Kligman, is expected to accelerate the development of partnerships and propagate revenue growth for TNA Wrestling and Invicta FC. His appointment became effective immediately, reporting to Anthony Cicione, President of Anthem Sports Group.
Boasting almost thirty years of experience at the helm of mainstream sports for globally renowned brands, Kligman’s new role entails generating revenue in all sectors of the business. His areas of focus include sales and advertising, sponsorship opportunities, and strategic partnerships for TNA Wrestling and Invicta Fighting Championships.
Cicione said, “Rob has built a distinguished track record in the sports world by helping some of the most significant brands to expand existing revenue and establish new revenue streams.”
On top of his other responsibilities, Kligman will spearhead revenue growth efforts for TNA and Invicta FC’s numerous revenue streams such as FAST Channels, TNA+, PPV events, social media, and merchandise. Kligman brings to the table his vast experience of steadily successful efforts from WWE, where he executed his role as Vice President of Global Digital & Integrated Sponsorship Sales.
Before joining Anthem Sports Group, Kligman held the position of Vice President of Marketing Operations & Sales at G Fuel. His extensive career also includes executive roles with the USA TODAY Sports Media Group and Time Inc.

This hire happens at an exciting time for both TNA Wrestling and Invicta FC, with TNA’s return to its iconic brand generating increased audiences. Simultaneously, Invicta FC recently concluded an agreement with CBS Sports Network, granting the network exclusive U.S. television rights to telecast live Invicta’s events throughout 2024.
