On a recent edition of “The Ringer Wrestling Show,” Andrade discussed his WWE return at the 2024 Royal Rumble pay-per-view event in January.

On being back: “I feel great. I missed the WWE Universe.”

On leaving WWE: “I needed to leave to remember who I was. When I [came] back, I remember, okay, this is Andrade, these are my dreams, I want that, I want that, I want that. So I’m back at the Royal Rumble — the WWE Universe, I miss this. I miss the fans; I miss the people. And now, another dream come true, WrestleMania [with] Rey Mysterio. This year for me was — and still is — incredible. It’s still amazing.”

In a recent appearance on the “Gabby AF” podcast, WWE Hall of Famer D-Von Dudley lavished praise on WWE United States Champion Logan Paul, noting that The Maverick is a “natural” at pro wrestling. He said,

I did not see him picking it up this fast, I don’t think anybody saw this. I think they probably looked at him being some guy that said, ‘I can do this.’ that was nowhere near as good as he is. Logan Paul is extremely good and my hat goes off to him because this is something that you can’t just wake up and decide you want to do and all of the sudden it just becomes natural. He’s a natural, he really really is.”
