Andrade El Idolo’s In-Ring Debut, Tag Title Match Added To AEW Road Rager, Updated Card

Former WWE star Andrade El Idolo will make his in-ring debut as a member of All Elite Wrestling at the company’s special “Road Rager” episode of Dynamite.
This week on AEW Dynamite, Andrade El Idolo challenged Matt Sydal to a match for the show on July 7. He took issue with the fact that Sydal interrupted his special announcement last week and vowed to make an example out of Sydal.

AEW Road Rager will be held in Miami, Florida, and it will mark the beginning of the company’s frst live tour since the COVID-19 pandemic began. The show is also scheduled to feature a Strap Match between Cody Rhodes and QT Marshall.
The updated card is as follows:
- Andrade El Idolo vs. Matt Sydal
- Strap Match: QT Marshall vs. Cody Rhodes
- AEW World Tag Team Championship: The Young Bucks (c) vs. Penta El Zero M & Eddie Kingston
- The Inner Circle (Jake Hager and Santana & Ortiz) with Konnan vs. The Pinnacle (Wardlow and FTR) with Tully Blanchard
- Kris Statlander and Orange Cassidy vs. The Bunny and The Blade
- Chris Jericho and MJF will face off, and MJF will tell Jericho what he needs to do to earn another match with him
