This week’s AEW Dynamite: Blood & Guts episode experienced both a decline in audience numbers and its relevance in the crucial 18-49 demographic from the previous week data.
The AEW Dynamite episode, which aired on July 24th, attracted 786,000 spectators and scored 0.26 in the pivotal 18-49 demographic rating and 0.14 in the 18-34 demographic rating.

AEW Dynamite was #7 on the night, behind coverage of President Joe Biden’s speech and the MLB game on ESPN which lured in 1,112,000 spectators and a 0.31 rating.
The series came at #4 within its broadcast window. Major news programmes noted for their impressive ratings that night were Fox News with 5,259,000 viewers and a 0.46 rating in the first hour, and 4,122,000 viewers and a 0.38 rating in the second hour, also CNN with 2,202,000 viewers and a 0.32 rating in the first hour, and 1,537,000 viewers and a 0.24 rating in the second hour.
AEW Dynamite’s viewership saw a 1.1% fall as compared to the last week. The 18-49 demographic decreased by 1.7%, and the 18-34 demographic saw a sizable 19.2% plummet.
In comparison to the same period last year, AEW Dynamite had a 12.5% drop in viewership, a 9.4% decrease in the 18-49 demographic, and a massive 39.8% drop in the 18-34 demographic.
Q1, with MJF and Will Ospreay’s segment, attracted 864,000 viewers with 388,000 in the 18-49 demographic. Other quarters also saw fluctuating viewership with some experiencing increase and others undergoing a drop.
