Willow Nightingale will challenge Julia Hart for the TBS Championship at tonight’s AEW Dynasty 2024 pay-per-view event, and she hyped the title bout during a recent appearance on the “AEW Unrestricted” podcast.

Nightingale also spoke about her converging rivalries with Mercedes Mone and Hart.

You can check out some highlights from the podcast below:

On the pressure she is feeling for the match: “Personally, I’m someone who gets nervous for like every single match. But this one, in particular, I feel like…obviously the stakes are a lot higher, I’d be wrestling someone like Julia Hart who is someone who I’ve never beaten before, so there is always this question of, ‘Can I pull it out this time? Can I do it? What’s going to make this time different?’”

“But really what it comes down to is I am much more confident, I have much more faith in myself and my abilities, and when it comes down to it, I have to go out there and trust everything that I have done and let it all happen as it’s supposed to.”

On her rivalries with Mercedes Mone and Julia Hart: “Personally, I feel very wrapped up in both of them. Julia is someone I’ve been tied up with probably since September of last year. She misted me, and that also is something that I think really changed me, again, hopefully for the better.”

On coming out the other side as a better performer: “That’s something that I look at as like even though it was an obstacle to get through, at one point, I came out on the other side more aware of who I am as a person and a performer. And so that’s been kind of eating at me in terms of the Julia sense, but my story with Mercedes goes even further than that.”
