Alex Shelley Set For NXT Debut
Alex Shelley will be making his NXT debut next week, where he’ll team up with Kushida to take on the Grizzled Young Veterans in the first round of the Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic. Shelley was wrestling for Ring of Honor in 2019, and will now be making his way to the NXT ring in an effort to help Kushida win.

Finn Balor & Johnny Gargano Tease TakeOver Bout
Finn Balor and Johnny Gargano had a brief moment during Wednesday’s episode of NXT, where the two teased a match at NXT TakeOver: Portland after some back and forth. Gargano started by coming out and mentioning that he has been carrying the NXT brand while Balor had abandoned it, before Balor came out to yell at Gargano for costing him a shot at the NXT Championship. Clearly these two have some bad blood, and more likely than not, it will get sorted out soon.
