Aleister Black & Apollo Crews Qualify For Money In The Bank Match

Aleister Black Advances To Money In The Bank
This week on WWE RAW, several stars competed for a spot in the red brand’s side of the Men’s Money in the Bank ladder match. First, Aleister Black took on Austin Theory, and Zelina Vega joined the broadcast team for the match. Both men were evenly matched early on but a dropkick sent Theory crashing to the floor. Vega distracted Black and Theory capitalized by throwing Black into the barricade. Theory took control but Black rallied. “All Day” dropped Black with a powerbomb. Black rallied again and hit a stiff knee strike. Theory rocked Black with a superkick. But Black nailed him a knee to the face. Theory ducked one Black Mass but Black hit a second attempt for the win.

After the match, Black promised to turn WWE Headquarters into a nightmare for each of his opponents at WWE Money In The Bank.
Apollo Crews Earns A Spot In Money In The Bank Match
Later in the show, MVP faced Apollo Crews in another qualifying match. Before the bout, MVP made his case as to why he’ll win the Money in the Bank match. MVP took control of the match early on. He used his veteran expertise to ground Crews. MVP trash-talked Crews and listed a few superstars he’s been in the ring with. But Crews countered The Playmaker into a Spinebuster and floored MVP with a clothesline. He slammed MVP for a two count but MVP countered a Frog Splash. MVP got a near fall with The Playmaker. Crews rocked MVP with a kick and hit a standing moonsault and a standing Shooting Star Press. Crews earned the win with a powerbomb.
