AJ Styles Wishes RAW Return Wasn’t So Soon But WWE Needs Star Power

After no-selling his return from the dead on WWE’s The Bump, AJ Styles opened up more on him coming back to RAW on Mixer.
In his latest stream, Styles said that he agrees with fans that complained about him not being changed by the Boneyard Match any. The former WWE Champion wishes his character had changed and that he was brought back earlier than he’d like.
Styles feels as if the WWE’s hands were tied with the decision, though. Styles blames the current circumstances for him coming back early and that “maybe we need some more star power” in the Money in the Bank match. Despite this, Styles still wishes he could’ve waited and that the return could’ve been something special rather than returning during a gauntlet match.
