This week on WWE RAW, AJ Styles returned alongside the OC. Luke Gallows called Styles “phenomenal” and Karl Anderson called him “the new Mr. WrestleMania.” Styles said he’s the greatest superstar ever. He vowed to win the gauntlet match at WWE Super ShowDown and said, “Who’s next?” He said he wants to face the WWE Champion, whoever it is.

Ricochet interrupted Styles, who told him, “No one believes you’re ever gonna be WWE Champion.” Ricochet said he earned his title match and he plans on defeating Brock Lesnar. The OC laughed at him, but Ricochet challenged Styles to a match. Anderson accepted on Styles’ behalf. Styles interfered in the match, and Anderson capitalized by taking control. Anderson dominated the match for a few minutes, but Ricochet rallied. A standing Shooting Star Press earned him a near fall. Anderson dodged a 630 splash and hit Ricochet with a spinebuster for a near fall.
