This week on WWE RAW, AJ Styles faced Matt Riddle. Jordan Omogbehin, a 7’3″ giant who used to be one of Akira Tozawa’s ninjas, accompanied Styles to the ring. The Phenomenal One said WWE RAW’s prodigal son has returned. He said it’s a new era, and it belongs to the Face That Runs The Place.

Omogbehin refused to leave the ring, and he grabbed the referee’s hand. The referee begged him to leave, and he reluctantly did. Styles control of the match at first, but Riddle drilled him with some stiff strikes.

Riddle sent Styles to the outside, but he was clearly intimidated by the presence of the Phenomenal One’s bodyguard. Styles dominated Riddle, but the Original Bro rallied. He drilled Styles with a knee and a suplex. But Styles dropped Riddle with a neckbreaker. Riddle nearly stole the win with a Fisherman Suplex. Both men battled on the top rope and came crashing down. Omogbehin distracted Riddle, and Styles capitalized. He kicked Riddle and hit the Styles Clash for the win.
