Kristin Altman, the former Vice President of Talent Relations Operations at WWE, has been reportedly dismissed from her position.

According to a report by Pwinsider, Altman had an established tenure of 17 years with WWE. She initially climbed the corporate ladder from a humble receptionist role in October 2007. Later, she was promoted to the position of Talent Relations Coordinator in November 2008. Her most recent promotion was in August 2022 when she assumed the role of Vice President.

During her tenure at WWE, Altman was responsible for handling an array of critical activities, including managing WWE’s Talent Wellness Program. This included coordinating and overseeing medical examinations, drug tests, semi-annual bloodwork, physical exams, cardio evaluations, ImPACT tests, and medical referrals. She collaborated with recently hired talent, conducted background checks, arranged pre-contract medical screenings, supported with independent contractor agreements, assisted with the relocation process, and filled in for sudden talent needs. Altman also had a significant role in recruiting both domestically and internationally for potential WWE Superstars and Divas, including organizing tryout camps and individual tryouts.

There have been significant changes in WWE since Endeavor took control of the company in September 2023, including several changes in the company’s backstage workings.
