Wrestlenomics has shared an update on the ticket sales for AEW WrestleDream 2023, which emanated from the Climate Pledge Arena on October 1.
According to the new data from Pollstar, AEW WrestleDream 2023 sold 7,108 tickets and drew a live gate of $533,717. The average ticket price was $75.
The go-home AEW Collision TV taping the night before reportedly sold 4,933 tickets and drew a $235,652 gate.
Earlier ticket estimates were slightly lower at 6,771 for AEW WrestleDream 2023 and 4,417 tickets for AEW Collision.
For comparison, Pollstar data indicates that AEW Revolution 2023 drew an attendance of 7,958 tickets sold with a $737,010 gate.
Meanwhile, AEW Double or Nothing 2023 sold 10,478 tickets and had a $964,349 gate.
The attendance figures for AEW x NJPW Forbidden Door II and AEW All In 2023 have not yet been independently confirmed with Pollstar or non-AEW sources.
AEW announced that 81,035 tickets were sold for All In 2023 alongside a live gate of $10 million. The announced gate figure for Forbidden Door II was $1.2 million.
AEW All In 2023 currently holds the record for AEW’s highest live gate to date. While AEW claims that the company has the all-time attendance record for All In 2023, the local government reportedly disclosed that 72,265 tickets were recorded as used for admission (the “drop count”).
The live gate and attendance figures are not yet available for AEW All Out 2023.
AEW President Tony Khan stated in the media call for last weekend’s AEW Full Gear 2023 pay-per-view event that the gate was “hovering” close to $900,000.
