AEW Rampage Spoilers For 8/27: Tag Team Eliminator Finals, Kenny Omega And Christian In Action
This week’s episode of AEW Rampage is in the can, as All Elite Wrestling taped several matches, including the Tag Team Eliminator Finals in Milwaukee on Wednesday.
The following AEW Rampage spoilers (via PWInsider.com) include the matches and segments that were taped after Dynamite at the UW–Milwaukee Panther Arena in Milwaukee:
Tony Khan introduced Milwaukee Bucks’ player Giannis Antetokounmpo to the live crowd
Tag Team Eliminator Finals
The Lucha Bros defeated Jurassic Express
- The Lucha Bros will face the Young Bucks for the AEW Tag Team Championship at All Out. That match will also be contested inside of a steel cage
The Bunny defeated Tay Conti
- Penelope Ford distracted the ref, which led to The Bunny using brass knuckles to pick up the win
Christian and Frankie Kazarian defeated Kenny Omega and Brandon Cutler
- Christian pinned Cutler after Omega and Callis walked out on him. After the match, Omega came back and tried to rescue Cutler with Michael Nakazawa, but Nakazawa ended up getting beat down for the attempt.
CM Punk also came back out and cut a promo for the live crowd; you can watch that promo at this link.
