AEW Dynamite 5th Anniversary Could Have A 30+ Minute Overrun

AEW Dynamite is all set to mark its five-year milestone tonight, and excitement is building as it promises to put on a grand show. As we inch closer to the broadcast time, there are indications that this might just be the most spectacular show yet.

In light of a tweet by Tony Khan, one of the stakeholders, it seems that TBS has granted All Elite Wrestling an unprecedented overrun, the “largest ever” in their history. This could translate to a more than 30-minute addition to the run time of the show.

Just to jog your memory, AEW Dynamite begins at 8 p.m. Eastern Time on TBS. Tonight’s edition promises some headline-worthy revelations (presumably regarding AEW’s television contract and possibly more). Plus, there will be titles up for grabs and a whole lot more that remains to be seen.

Here’s how the schedule for tonight’s AEW Dynamite is shaping up:

  • AEW World vs Continental Championship Matchup: Bryan Danielson vs. Kazuchika Okada — Note that the Continental Championship is at stake only for the initial 20 minutes.
  • AEW International Championship Face-off: Will Ospreay (c) squares off against Ricochet
  • Serena Deeb pits her prowess against Dr. Britt Baker, D.M.D.
  • Hangman Page takes on Juice Robinson
