During the latest episode of AEW Collision, professional wrestler Kenny Omega made a public statement addressing his fellow competitor Konosuke Takeshita.

Omega told Takeshita if he is defeated at the AEW Revolution 2024 for the third time in a row, he might need to accept that he isn’t the top performer any longer—that Don Callis’s assessment may have been accurate, and that he may never get another chance to vie for a significant championship.

Throughout the past year, Omega has been introspectively looking back and focusing on his priorities. Now, no longer held back by disloyal friends or the added tension of being an EVP, he is prepared to take on the challenge.

Still, Omega clarified that AEW Revolution 2024 isn’t about retribution—it’s exclusively about the championship. And he fully intends to claim it.

In another turn of events, the father-son duo, affectionately known as The Costco Guys (Big Boom AJ and Big Justice) made their return to the AEW in last Saturday’s episode of AEW Collision. Their reappearance was interrupted by Johnny TV, who issued a challenge to Big Boom for a trios match at AEW Revolution.

Johnny TV will partner up with the MxM Collection team, consisting of Mason Madden and Mansoor.

Big Justice stated they would need two more members to form a team, and subsequently, it was revealed that Orange Cassidy would be one of those teammates.

While Big Justice was keen on being the last member, Big Boom believed their team needed him in a supportive role instead. Mark Briscoe then stepped in and agreed to fill the third spot.

The updated lineup for the AEW Dynamite episode on March 5th is as follows:
• A match between Wheeler Yuta and Cope
• Contract signing of Swerve Strickland and Ricochet
