In addition to his on-screen duties as the General Manager of Monday Night RAW, Adam Pearce is now working as a full-time producer on the red brand.

According to a report from Fightful Select, the working plan in the fall was for Pearce to move to only producing matches on the RAW brand full-time instead of his previous backstage work producing for both RAW and SmackDown.

The change came after Pearce was promoted on-screen to being the General Manager of RAW. Of course, Nick Aldis was brought on board as the on-screen General Manager of SmackDown. This now allows Pearce to only have to work RAW events unless he’s needed for a segment on SmackDown.

While several sources noted that there will be rare occasions where Pearce may end up producing a match or two on SmackDown, he is currently only working on the RAW brand. Nick Aldis has been helping to produce SmackDown matches.

Finally, it was added that Pearce is often praised backstage for both his on-screen work and his producing of matches.

This transition was reported by Fightful Select, stating that Pearce will now focus solely on producing matches for RAW, rather than splitting his time between RAW and SmackDown.

The decision to make this change came after Pearce’s promotion to the on-screen role of General Manager of RAW. To balance the workload, Nick Aldis was brought in as the on-screen General Manager of SmackDown. This allows Pearce to primarily work on RAW events unless he is required for a segment on SmackDown.

Although there may be rare occasions where Pearce produces a match or two on SmackDown, his main focus is currently on the RAW brand. On the other hand, Nick Aldis has been assisting in producing matches for SmackDown.
