Adam Cole on Chris Jericho: “Oh my goodness. I’ll tell you now, every single week that I see Chris Jericho, I’ll do everything in my power to make sure I get my hands on him. For anyone who checked out Dynamite the week before [May 3]. I was in an eight-man tag team match and the second the match was over, I made my desires known at that point in time. So Jericho better be ready because I don’t even know if we’ll make it to Double or Nothing.”

On when he will face Jericho: “If it happens at Double or Nothing, great. If it happens in Austin, great. If it happens in a couple of days here in Detroit for AEW Dynamite, great, but nonetheless, Jericho dug his own grave, and he’s gonna pay for it.”

AEW is likely to announce Cole vs. Jericho for Double or Nothing 2023. The event takes place on May 28 at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada.

In a recent interview with Sports Illustrated, Kenny Omega discussed his potential retirement from wrestling and called Jon Moxley the MVP of AEW.

You can check out some highlights from the podcast below:

Omega on the time left for his career: “Time is running thin on the Kenny Omega clock. I can guarantee anyone that sees me perform live that there is a reason for that performance, and I work to make every one special. I wanted this one to be unique and very fun for people who tune in and people who are there live. And I know how competitive Jon is. This will be a grueling, physically demanding and violent cage match.”

His thoughts on Jon Moxley as the MVP of AEW: “If I’m being honest, the MVP of AEW hasn’t been me. It’s Jon Moxley. For AEW, Jon’s been the one. He’s been at almost every show. He’s bled at almost every show. There is no one higher on the blood-giving list. Maybe that’s what makes this feud so interesting. It’s someone with the notoriety from Japan against someone who was a top player from WWE.”

Kenny Omega and Jon Moxley will face each other in a cage match on AEW Dynamite tomorrow night. The show will emanate from the Little Caesars Arena in Detroit, MI.
