During a recent episode of the “Going Ringside” podcast, wrestling superstar Adam Cole revealed that the jibes MJF made about his split with Britt Baker did not upset him. The two wrestlers found themselves engaged in a war of words during the recent episode of Collision.
The podcast, shared below, features some monumental moments, including Cole’s reactions to MJF’s repeated attempts to ruffle him.
Addressing MJF’s comments about his break-up with Britt Baker, Cole stated, “If this was maybe a year ago, I think it would’ve gotten under my skin. But as I’ve become more familiar with MJF over time, I understand his motivations. Recognizing an attempt to control or manipulate you makes it easier to sidestep such a situation. MJF was using all his tricks to upset me, but I remained unaffected. I’ve conserved my energy for when we face-off at World’s End – a fitting time to settle scores on many of his remarks.”
Regarding the possibility of winning the highly coveted Dynamite Diamond Ring from MJF, Cole displayed keen interest. He quipped, “Yes, it is feasible. I’d genuinely like to own it just to ensure no one else ever has to see it again.”
On the subject of the Dynamite Diamond Ring, Cole reiterated, “Absolutely, it’s doable. Winning it would also have the added benefit of making it disappear from public view.”
