A request to postpone the impending lawsuit surrounding the wrongful death of Julian Lasseter against Tammy “Sunny” Sytch has been submitted.
Previously, we stated that the trial was planned for October 7. The lawsuit pertains to the claim from Lasseter’s family against Sytch, demanding over ,000 in damages ensuing from the unfortunate incident in March 2022 that resulted in the death of Lasseter.
According to a report from Pwinsider, Sytch is currently engaged in an appeal regarding whether or not she needs to provide certain pieces of evidence to the plaintiffs. Furthermore, legal professionals involved in the case are entangled with other scheduled trials. As a result, there is a mutual request from both parties to halt the trial and reschedule it once the appeal decision has been tabled.
At present, Sytch is enduring a 17-year sentence arising from criminal charges associated with the accident. Her legal aid lawyer has lodged an appeal against the verdict.
