Reputed wrestling correspondent Dave Meltzer from the renowned Wrestling Observer has revealed that the current Undisputed WWE Universal Champion Cody Rhodes and AJ Styles are on track to have a title rematch at this international event.
Rhodes claimed victory in his recent bout against Styles at the WWE Backlash event in France last month. The premise for this much-anticipated rematch was initiated when Styles took Rhodes unaware, attacking him during last week’s episode of WWE SmackDown.
Official announcement of this rematch is expected to be made during the upcoming weekly edition of WWE SmackDown.
