The match started off as a war of chops as the two wrestlers went back-and-forth. However, Moxley was too powerful and his strength advantage gave him an early edge. Janela refused to go down easily, though, and refused to give up against the former WWE champion.

While not nearly as violent as their Fyter Fest encounter, Moxley punished Janela on the entranace ramp with a huge clothesline. He later went for a Paradigm Shift, but it was reversed by Janela. He hit a DDT and a flying elbow, but Moxley managed to kick out of both. The end came when Moxley hit a Paradigm Shift on the top turnbuckle and then hit another one on the ground.
After the bout, Chris Jericho’s music played and the champion walked around the crowd. “Le Champion” and “Mox” stared each other down to end the show.
