As we reported earlier this week here on eWn, Seth Rollins suffered an injury on Monday’s episode of WWE RAW. He is currently dealing with a torn MCL and partially torn meniscus.

Of course, if Rollins requires surgery or experiences a delay in healing, then obviously plans would change. If Rollins undergoes arthroscopic surgery, he would be back in time. If he has invasive surgery, he would more than likely miss WrestleMania 40.

In other news, WWE has announced a new match for Monday’s episode of RAW, as Dominik Mysterio and The Miz will be facing off in singles competition.

You can check out the updated lineup for Monday’s episode of WWE RAW below:

* Drew McIntyre vs. Damian Priest
* Ivar vs. Chad Gable
* Ivy Nile vs. Valhalla
* The Miz vs. Dominik Mysterio
* Seth Rollins to kick off the show
* CM Punk & Cody Rhodes go face-to-face

Seth Rollins vs. CM Punk Still the Plan for WrestleMania 40 Despite Injury

In the world of professional wrestling, injuries are an unfortunate reality that can have a significant impact on the plans and storylines of promotions. Recently, WWE superstar Seth Rollins suffered an injury during an episode of Monday Night RAW. The injury, which includes a torn MCL and partially torn meniscus, has raised concerns about Rollins’ availability for future events, including WrestleMania 40.

However, according to Wrestling Observer Radio, the working plan for WrestleMania 40 is still a match between Seth Rollins and CM Punk. This news has excited fans who have been eagerly anticipating a showdown between these two talented wrestlers. While plans can change depending on Rollins’ recovery, if he undergoes arthroscopic surgery, he should be able to make it back in time for the event. However, if more invasive surgery is required, Rollins may unfortunately miss out on WrestleMania 40.

The potential match between Rollins and Punk has generated a lot of buzz within the wrestling community. Both wrestlers have a storied history in the industry and are known for their in-ring abilities and charismatic personalities. A clash between these two would undoubtedly be a highlight of WrestleMania 40.

In other WWE news, a new match has been announced for an upcoming episode of Monday Night RAW. Dominik Mysterio will be facing off against The Miz in singles competition. This match adds to the already exciting lineup for the show, which includes matches such as Drew McIntyre vs. Damian Priest and Ivar vs. Chad Gable.
