The overnight numbers for the December 15th show were down compared to last week’s “Tribute To The Troops” special episode, which featured the return of CM Punk to the blue brand.
Friday night’s show averaged 2.155 million viewers for its preliminary overnight audience. The figure dipped slightly from last week’s show, which averaged 2.29 million viewers for the overnight audience. The final audience for the December 8th episode was 2.384 million viewers.
WWE SmackDown also took a hit in the P18-49 key demo. The latest episode drew a 0.5 rating in the key demo, down from the 0.57 rating for last week’s show. The final key demo rating for the December 8th show was 0.63.
