Tonight’s episode of Friday Night SmackDown ended with a major brawl, as a planned six-man tag team match ended in chaos. The match itself – which saw Baron Corbin, Dolph Ziggler, and Robert Roode take down Roman Reigns, Shorty G, and Mustafa Ali – was a brutal affair, but things got much worse as Seth Rollins and Team RAW quickly invaded.
After jumping into the ring, Rollins and Reigns quickly got into it, trading punches as Team RAW ran to Rollins’ aid. Shortly after, Team SmackDown came running down into the ring to defend Reigns, and things devolved into a chaotic brawl. Then, NXT arrived on a Jeep, led by Triple H, Shawn Michaels, and Road Dogg, in an extremely similar way to DX’s invasion of WCW back in the day. Once NXT joined the fray, the show began to fade to dark, leaving fans watching as every brand went to war with each other.
