AEW World Champion MJF Receives Praise from The Undertaker

In the world of professional wrestling, receiving praise from a legend is a significant honor. Recently, AEW World Champion MJF had the privilege of being praised by none other than The Undertaker himself. The Deadman, during a recent event in Glasgow, was asked about which current wrestler he would like to face in the ring. Surprisingly, he named MJF as his desired opponent.

The Undertaker’s comments about MJF were not only about his in-ring skills but also his commitment to his character. The Deadman acknowledged that MJF is solid in the ring and lives his gimmick, which is high praise coming from a wrestling icon like The Undertaker.

However, it’s worth noting that The Undertaker also referred to AEW as a “second-rate company” and suggested that MJF should leave as soon as possible. These comments sparked a reaction from fans and wrestling enthusiasts alike, as it’s rare for a WWE Hall of Famer to acknowledge and comment on talent from a rival promotion.

MJF, known for his quick wit and sharp tongue, took to Twitter to respond to The Undertaker’s comments. While he thanked The Deadman for the praise, he chose not to address the remarks about AEW. This response showcases MJF’s ability to handle criticism with grace and focus on the positive aspects of the situation.

The praise from The Undertaker is a testament to MJF’s talent and dedication to his craft. At just 26 years old, MJF has already made a name for himself in the wrestling industry. Known as “The Salt of the Earth,” MJF is known for his arrogant persona and exceptional mic skills. He has become one of the top heels in AEW and has consistently delivered entertaining and memorable performances.

MJF’s rise to prominence in AEW has been impressive. He has captured the AEW World Championship and has proven himself as a formidable competitor. His in-ring abilities, combined with his ability to captivate audiences with his character work, have made him a fan favorite.

While The Undertaker’s comments about AEW may have sparked controversy, they also highlight the growing influence and impact of the promotion. AEW has emerged as a strong competitor to WWE, attracting top talent and delivering high-quality wrestling content. The acknowledgment from a legendary figure like The Undertaker only solidifies AEW’s position in the industry.

In other wrestling news, Hirooki Goto and Taichi have been pulled from the upcoming NJPW Road to Destruction shows due to injury and personal reasons, respectively. These changes have necessitated adjustments to the scheduled matches, disappointing fans who were looking forward to seeing these wrestlers in action.
