Traditional PPV Numbers For WWE Payback 2023, Two NXT Stars Set For Reality Of Wrestling Event
WWE announced record attendance and viewership for Payback 2023 on Peacock.
Payback 2023 had a 36% increase in viewership for its debut on Peacock compared to the last Payback event which streamed on the WWE Network in 2020.
The Wrestling Observer Newsletter is reporting that Payback 2023 had around 7,400 pay-per-view buys, down 10.8% from Money in the Bank 2023 but up 10.4% from Backlash 2023.
In other news, Reality of Wrestling will be hosting an NXT showcase match between Axiom and Charlie Dempsey at ‘The Next Chapter’ event on September 23 in Texas.
