Potential Spoiler On Returning Stars Appearing On WWE NXT (9/5/23)

WWE airs a new episode of NXT tonight from Orlando, FL, and fans could see the return of two former WWE stars. 

Pwinsider reports The Authors of Pain are in Orlando today. It’s unclear whether they will be appearing, but there have been rumors of that. 

It was reported last week that sources in WWE believe the tag team has been under contract since 2022 after their release in 2020. 

There has also been talk of AOP and their former manager, Paul Ellering, returning to make some appearances soon for the NXT brand. Here is the current card for tonight’s NXT: 

NXT Women’s Championship: Tiffany Stratton defends against Kiana James

NXT North American number one contender’s match: Dragon Lee vs. Mustafa Ali with special guest referee Dominik Mysterio

No DQ: Bron Breakker vs. Von Wagner
